I got quite a few emails from other Palm Treo users after my first post. Plus a few after I mentioned that the camera stopped working while I was at Google last week. I’ve had yet more issues, and I’ll be writing a full update about my ongoing saga with my Palm Treo 600 (which I feel awful to have recommended to anyone in the past, as my experiences in the last 3 months has been absolutely dreadful).

The post will also discuss the exceptionally insulting customer service I’m getting from Bell Mobility, who informed me today that they take absolutely no responsibility for the quality of the hardware they sell! Even more insulting, they would not credit me for loss of service, or exchange the device for something that works properly!

These Bell Mobility / Palm Treo 600 posts may have nothing to do with Search Engine Optimization, or Search Engine Marketing, but after giving people glowing reviews on the Treo in the past, I feel responsible to also share in the downside, and hopefully forewarn someone else…

A9 Search Engine Map Page

Jamie’s been busy again. Today he finished off a few more search engine map pages, but only the page for the A9 search engine made it live today. In fact, I just found out myself, and thought I should point you to it.

He’s added quite a bit of new content this week, and it’s wonderful to start to have the chance to get to all the overdue articles, reviews and updates done. I wrote most of the original search engine map pages a few years ago, and only ever seemed to get a chance to update them once a year. Now we’ll be able to keep them much more up to date, and hopefully that will mean they will be extremely useful to anyone looking for search engine information.

Anyhow, if you read the review(s) and think we’ve missed something, or think of an engine or directory you would like to see “mapped”, please feel free to let us know!

Have a great weekend!
