Automated Web Marketing Company Secures Financing

(Victoria, BC) Metamend Software and Design Ltd., (www.metamend.com) announced today it has successfully completed first round shareholder financing. In less than three months the start-up internet marketing service has emerged as a legitimate dot com presence and is expanding to accommodate its quickly growing client base.

Metamend's flagship "relevance engine" software is designed to enhance the marketing and promotion of web sites over the Internet.

The software creates and inserts metatags directly into the HTML source code of a client's website then submits the new data to the internet's major search engines. The software continually updates the metatags by analyzing site content then correlates this information with current consumer search patterns and trends, thus producing increasingly relevant searchable keywords for the metatags. The "mending" procedure allows both the search engines and the website to "learn" from each other. The result? The website increases in acceptance to the search engines and effectively begins to market itself. The entire process is fully automated. A simple idea with Killer App written all over it.
