Metamend and Miva announce a partnership to provide a higher consumer traffic flow to Miva users.

SAN DIEGO, CA (January 22, 2002) - Miva Corporation, the leading provider of e-commerce platforms for channels that target small-to mid-size businesses (SMB), today announces a technology partnership with Metamend Software and Design Ltd. to help drive qualified customers to Miva users' sites. The agreement was formalized during the recent Team Canada West trade mission to the U.S., Nov 27 - 30, 2001.

Miva's storefront solutions allow merchants to set up online stores. Miva Merchant is a dynamic browser based storefront development and management system that allows Miva users to easily manage their storefronts. Metamend is now an official Miva technology partner, and through this partnership, the Metamend module will ensure that the proper content driven titles, keywords, meta tags, and all other necessary search requirements are in place so that these storefronts will be accessed by the proper consumers.
